Ces dipl\u00f4mes de CTH Level 2 Diploma in Patisserie and Confectionery Skills et CTH Level 2 Diploma in Culinary Skills de l&rsquo;Institut Escoffier sont d\u00e9livr\u00e9s conjointement avec Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (C.T.H) et Organisation Mondiale de la Gastronomie (O.M.G). Cette formation se d\u00e9roule sur un an. Apr\u00e8s cette formation, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent int\u00e9grer le march\u00e9 de l`emploi, ou faire le CTH Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery &#8211; Confectionery and Patisserie ou le\u00a0CTH Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery, ou faire des programmes de sp\u00e9cialisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;Institut Escoffier.
