At Institut Escoffier, we apply Finnish teaching techniques which emphasize teamwork and practical learning. We have established the following mechanisms to enhance our students' feedback:<\/p>\n

1. Our students are taught how to learn effectively.<\/p>\n

2. Memorization is not a guaranteed path to success; however, we seek to recruit only those students who are passionate about their studies, resulting in a success rate of over 95% in each programme.<\/p>\n

3. Self-confidence is a critical attribute, and we strive to develop it in our students, believing that each student has the internal resources to succeed.<\/p>\n

4. We incorporate theatre as a pedagogical tool, allowing us to address issues such as shyness, public speaking, posture, and elocution.<\/p>\n

5. Our teachers are facilitators, responsible not only for transmitting information effectively but also for the overall well-being of the students. Our team includes a qualified psychologist.<\/p>\n

6. We value and build upon the existing knowledge of our students by providing practical classroom and master class situations.<\/p>\n

7. Institut Escoffier standards are taught at the Institut Escoffier, and students are only allowed to embark on work experience after demonstrating an understanding of these standards.<\/p>\n

8. Practice is essential for effective learning, and at Institut Escoffier, we reinforce learning through practical work.<\/p>\n

9. Practical work is conducted face-to-face with clients, either in the teaching restaurant or during internships.<\/p>\n

10. At Institut Escoffier, we encourage our students to participate in Student Club activities that involve social, ecological, artistic, and cultural projects, thereby extending learning beyond the diploma reference.<\/p>\n

11. Our internships take place with reputable partners, both locally (e.g. Beachcomber, Constance, Lux, VLH, Sun Resorts, Indigo) and internationally (e.g. Relais et Ch\u00e2teau, Michelin Star Chef).<\/p>\n

12. We place a strong emphasis on the acquisition of foreign languages to better equip our students to operate in a global industry.<\/p>\n
